Apparently, I'm thought to have a pretty cool outfit going for Garou, so that makes me happy on the inside. I'm currently trying to print it out so I can frame it (Yes, I'm that lame), but the only printer I have access to right at this moment is stupid and prints only in b/w. I'll figure it out eventually. Also, in terms of what I need to get done, I've almost finished with my audition for and I think I know where I can get to a scanner, so you'll be seeing that and the 10+ pages I still need to put up. But, of course, life is in the way as usual, so I guess I can only say it'll happen when it'll happen.

Okay, so for those who are watching me, I'm sorry if you just got a spam of "updated" pages from me. I just sent a note to the dA staff, and they came back saying that I did not, in fact, need to mark all of those pages as mature, so I made them not mature. Most likely, I'll ask the staff in the future before I automatically assume that the world would melt from seeing my pages. Ugh.

In other news, I'm still doing more comic pages...in fact, I'm almost to the end of this first scene (Geez, its gone on forever, yet I'm only on page number 24) But, after nearly two years of dawdling, I'm starting to majorly pick up the pace here on my end. Also, after delving around on more sophisticated pieces, I've realized how non-fleshed out my characters are. I mean, sure, some of them will be familiar, and thus have already been given a past and personality, but what about afterwards? What exactly did the events after the games do to them? I thought I already knew this, but boy was I wrong. I've also been fleshing out the main plot itself. Before, it was just assumed they would go on an adventure, and I didn't really dig into the reasons behind it all. The basic shell was there, but the specifics, the moral and ethical implecations, the potential and "real" sacrifices, all of these themes were never touched upon, so I'm going to have to get rid of some of the scenes that now look just like pointless action, in favor of some background and support stuff that will help fill in those details. Themes of loss and suffering were always supposed to be there, but it never truely hit the way it was supposed to. I've now realized exactly what I was doing, and am rectifying the situation. Oh, and any suggestions one might have to help me with my issues would be appreciated.

On another note, whilst searching the interweb, I came across this little gem here -> [link] So I saw this and was all, "THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED!!!" However, it's $300 bucks, and I don't know if Mom will exactly approve of that purchase. Ergo, it's going to take some planning to get it out from under her nose. I might have to pretend it was a gift from my Grunt-y friend, Daishi1. In the mean time, as I said earlier, I'm standing still less and less and getting down to business. I only wish I had done this sooner.

Okay, so some of you have been seeing me around the web, and been all, “but I thought he was gone forever!” Well, I was. But then, I guess I got computer privileges back for good behavior on the home front, and then the school kind of forgot all about their punishment over the break.

So, I’m back in business. Unfortunately, despite my “free time” over the summer, I didn’t get but one page for CG (my comic) done. This was simply due to the fact that that free time was mostly spent at work and Boy Scouts, which left me dead afterwards. I have however started anew, and working faithfully away.

More news as I come to think of it.

Mmkay, here we go. To make a long story short, I've pissed off Mom and School to a very large extreme, and now Mom has taken my comp permenantly, and I don't have comp privilages at school for a long time.

What this means for you is that unless I'm able to get on dA with my DSi (which might or might not work, it didn't work the first time I tried and haven't tried it again), then I will be leaving shortly on a year-long or more hiatus.

I'm very sorry I won't be here, but you guys have all been great. I wont forget about you guys, and I promise that I will return eventually.
